The scene around the Cross was heavy with grief and sorrow as our Lord was being crucified as the blameless Lamb, on that day. It wasn’t just on Golgotha that there was grief and sorrow. It was the same among the mighty host of angels as well.

They simply could not understand how the God of Glory could submit Himself to such a crucible. But the truth is, He did! Simply because His love for you and me was Greater….much, much Greater… no tongue could ever tell!!

The same host of angels who could not bear the glimpse of the God of Glory being crucified, on the THIRD day, could not WAIT to ROLL THAT STONE AWAY!!! HE LIVES, HE LIVES!! MY REDEEMER, HE LIVETH AGAIN!! CROWN HIM, CROWN HIM…the ONE who TRIUMPHED OVER THE GRAVE!!!

“O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?” 1 Cor 15:55
