AS I write this, I am in the state of Kentucky, the home of the famous Kentucky Fried Chicken! 🙂

Yesterday, as we were driving to a nearby tourist attraction, I was just thinking of Job in the Bible. When Job was tested by the Lord, three of his very dear friends came to comfort him. But their words hurt him, more than it actually comforted him.  It looked like Job was ashamed before his friends. It looked like Job was holding on to God in vain. It seemed like the righteous life he had lived, had brought him sorrow than honor! BUT, JOB STILL DID NOT LET GO. HE HELD FIRM TO… HIS… GOD.

……AND GOD…. DID NOT LET HIM BE ASHAMED!!!

Holding on to the unseen, when all what you can see with your eyes is falling apart, is no doubt DIFFICULT. And God understands that better than anyone else. But when we keep trusting in the unseen God and have an unshakable faith in the unseen, rest assured, YOU WILL NOT BE ASHAMED IN THE END.

“They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed.” Psalm 34:5

Be encouraged. As long as your Hope is in the LORD, YOU WILL NOT BE ASHAMED.
